I went in because they had the best prices. I need to get botox for over developed jaw muscles due to bruxism. The Dr. was very nice and knowledgeable. He even gave me additional info that my previous Dr's failed to inform me about my condition. The staff, despite their limited knowledge of English, were patient, kind and adaptable. The place was a bit difficult to find. After entering Tha small alley from the main road the building is on the first small road on a hill to the left. The small road splits in two. The building sits in the middle of that fork in the road on the second floor. I hope you find it!

I was initially very excited about this appointment and even paid the deposit well in advance. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration. I found out I was pregnant shortly before my scheduled surgery like yesterday i found out I’m pregnant due to missed period for 1day, then which made the procedure impossible for me. When I contacted them to explain my situation, I was shocked to learn about their rigid 2-day cancellation policy. Despite my circumstances, they required me to pay the full remaining amount.

This policy feels completely unreasonable and exploitative, especially when unexpected life events occur. There was absolutely no flexibility or compassion, even though my situation was beyond my control. I feel like this is borderline fraud—holding people to such strict policies with no room for exceptions.

I’m writing this review to warn others to think carefully before booking here. Businesses should be more understanding, especially in personal and sensitive situations like pregnancy. Instead, I felt punished for something I couldn’t help

The doctor and nurses are friendly, listened to all my concerns, Everything on me was first time in this clinic I had fear and felt nervous and most of all I felt worried of what will be the results, but the nurses and the doctor was very nice and they make me feel at ease. I feel very confident and trusted this clinic and especially the doctor. Results so far are so good. I am happy and satisfied with the results. Highly recommended!

I will not recommend this clinic to anyone. The doctor is just a graduate who over filled my eyes with hyaluronic acid. I went for consultation to a different clinic who the strongly suggested to dissolve it, to reduce the swelling.

The worst clinic in Tokyo and very dirty. The receptionist was literally brushing her teeth and handing out ice packs at the same time.

Terrible experience. I had tear trough filler that was placed solely in one area, leaving me with significant wrinkles and deep dints under my eyes. I have never had a worse experience. I have now needed to go to a different clinic to try and fix the disaster that was done to my face. Do not go here.

目の下のクマが気になり施術を受けました。施術中は少し痛みがありましたが、笑気麻酔の調整やお声がけが丁寧で安心できました。アップセルもなく、必要なことだけを勧めてくださった点も良かったです。

術後1週間ほどで一時的に出血があり不安になりましたが、数日でおさまりました。その後は特に問題なく過ごせています。
クマの原因の一つが改善され、顔が明るく見えるようになったと感じています。スタッフの皆さんの対応も丁寧で安心して通えました。
