ラフティングでもスキーレンタルでも何度も利用しているが、従業員の対応が年々悪くなっているように思う。

取り扱っているアクティビティの資源は極上なのに、従業員のソフト面がお粗末、というかホスピタリティがまるで感じられない。
そのうち
「遊ばせてほしければ黙ってそこへ並べ」
とまで言い出しかねない勢いだ。

殿様商売でも客が集まるからそれで経営が成り立つのだろうが。
羨ましい限りだ。

We went on the Shiisorapuchi rafting trip, and had a great time. In mid/late July, the water is lower and less wild, but we had a great guide (who provided a good intro to folks in our group who were new); it was a fun trip. The water's cold, but going in with dry suits is fine.

Équipement de bonne qualité etc mais l’attitude du personnel est clairement à revoir. Bonjour quasiment inexistant, pas un sourire, on nous arrache le formulaire des mains ainsi que la carte bancaire. Un seul membre du personnel était un minimum sympa mais pour le reste il pointait certaines choses du doigts sans émettre le moindre son. Je soupçonne que ce traitement est seulement réservé aux étrangers, même si on communique avec eux en japonais. Ça reste une boutique pratique mais rien que pour le personnel désagréable je ne mettrais pas plus que deux étoiles.

We had a fun whitewater rafting in August on raining day. It was fun and exciting. I was impressed that dry suit kept us completely dry in such a raining day. There is no problem with English communication.

It was our first time skiing and it was thrilling! We signed up for a 2 hour ski class with rental attire/equipment. It was a seamless process from start to end.

Our ski instructor, Mr Takaaki, was superb! He has been skiing for close to 40 years and is very experienced. He made the lesson fun and guided us well throughout the entire session.

I strongly recommend Mr Takaaki if you are looking for a ski instructor in Hokkaido who is patient, helpful and lively!

We rented two bicycles + helmets via online form, and opted for drop-off / pick-up at
our hotel. A lady was ready and waiting for us outside our hotel at the appointment time to hand off the equipment.

The weather was really bad that day, so my friend and I wondered whether we could stop our trip halfway. However, we were nowhere near our hotel, where our planned equipment return was. I gave SPFurano a call, and the lady was nice enough to arrange to drive out and pick up our bikes from us (2000 JPY total fee for both bikes). Not only that, but even after arranging for returning at 4:30 at a particular station, due to unforeseen circumstances we really needed to change the time and location again, and she was able to accomodate us. I also want to add that we were super unprepared and I didn't have the exact change on hand, but even for that SPFurano came through for us.

I really want to highlight SPFurano's exceptionally smooth rental procedure, as well as that lady's outstanding service. Highly recommend to everyone.

A big thank you to Mr Osamu Takeda for his excellent coaching on 17th to 18th Dec 22.
We started from not really knowing how to ski to being able to take the ski lift and ski down the slope for a number of times !

Mr Osamu was very clear , concise and encouraging in his coaching . His targeted training had allowed us to learn the right techniques within a short time !

We are very happy with the outcome !
Would strongly recommend our Ski instructor - Mr Osamu .
