Shakuzen no Mori is a magical chalet set in a quiet forested area between Niseko Village and Annupuri. This house is simply amazing, with contemporary modern interiors, awesome accommodations, and a beautiful landscaped exterior with tasteful lighting to highlight the frosted winter wonderland outside. Loved staying here!! You will too!!!

What a great return to these beautifully appointed twin properties. We first stayed there pre-Covid (was one of the first guests when it opened). We were delighted to return recently to see that Shakuzen had lost none of its charms.
The venue is conveniently located near the Annunpuri lifts (away from the Hirafu crowds) and decorated in sophisticated Scandi style. The adults appreciated the spacious house and serene grounds while the kids thoroughly enjoyed the amazing bunkroom complete with media facilities.

This is an exquisite property, nestled beautifully between three popular slopes, several onsens and amazing cafes, bars, restaurants. The nearby cheese factory, gin distillery and Michelin star Japanese restaurant are not to be missed. The house is modern, brand new, roomy and well designed. The neighbourhood is amazing and tranquil with everything you need just a few minutes away.
