After sustaining a substantial MCL tear in a ski accident I sought out professional care. Ben my practitioner was quick to identify the grade of my injury and provide immediate treatment as well as a comprehensive exercise plan suitable to each stage of my recovery. Ben was fun to talk to but, also professional when providing feedback. Faith, Ali and Pat helped me with any questions I had. They swiftly provided any documents and certificates I needed for insurance as well as frequently sending them emails to push the process and then updating me as soon as possible. All in all Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable.

Great overall experience! Dislocated my shoulder the day before on the mountain and came in the morning after to get it checked out. Was able to get in within 15 minutes as a walk in. Had my appointment with Ben Ryder. He walked me through his evaluation thoroughly, explaining the extent of the injury and the recovery process in detail. He was professional, compassionate, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment.

The staff were friendly and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of prompt and excellent physical therapy. They also were able to provide me with a good shoulder brace allowing me to continue the rest of my trip.

Great organisation and set-up. I managed to book a same day appointment including a free pick-up and drop-off services from my accommodation out of town. My therapist Patrick gave me a thorough assessment and got me back on the slopes as quickly as possible saving my season.

Jocelyn and the team at Niseko Physio were absolutely amazing, very professional, compassionate, convenient and efficient.

As part of the service I was picked up and dropped off which made things even less stressful.

Jocelyn's knowledge and therapy is exactly what I needed to get back on the slopes after a few sessions. Her knowledge of my injury was exceptional and her methods were perfect for me, which saw me back on the slopes within a few days, after following her instructions and at home exercises.

Thank you so much Jocelyn, I was in despair at first that my trip would be canned but u saved the trip for me.

After 5 days of skiing, I booked a 90-minute massage with Nathan. It was one of the best deep tissue massages I have had in a long time. I prefer tougher pressure, and he delivered while periodically checking in to ensure it was adequate. He recommended follow up stretching exercises to help with my continued recovery and therapy. I highly recommend Nathan! He is very knowledgeable and skilled with his therapy techniques, and is equally kind and friendly. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful massage with Nathan. His technique and firm pressure made it one of the best massages I have ever had. I booked the 90 min massage and it was great. My body was sore all over from traveling and 4 days in a row of snowboarding and I felt so much better after ward. I highly recommend this place and Nathan. My friend made an appointment with Nathan after I told him how great the massage was.
