白物家電は沢山あり、選ぶ幅がありいいと思います。
入口の不思議な匂いがします。店舗内は匂いはしないのですが入口が匂うので気になってしまいます。

モラージュ菖蒲のとなりの、巨大なショッピングセンターの一角にあり、ワンフロアでかなり大きい店舗です。店員も多そうですが、たまたま行ったときはお客様が少なく、店員も手持ちぶさたな感じでした。商品も多そうで、どこにあるかは店員に聞いた方が早いです。

新製品が安い!かどうかわかりませんしどうでも良いのですが、近辺の家電屋さんではオススメかな😀
スタッフさんの商品知識、接客とも良いと思います。家電屋さんで説明の出来ないスタッフにあたったら最悪ですからね〜俺の場合買わないどころか、もうその店は行かない😅
その点此処は◎合格です。
気掛かりは、他店も共通の人手不足!
週2日、2時間でもOKの求人をされてますが買い物客以上の知識を持つバイトさんが欲しいですね、商品知らないスタッフなら居ない方がマシだからね。

久しぶりに買い物、覇気？やる気？の無いスタッフに当たってしまった。必要な物は買ったが、検討中の物はアマゾンで買った、買うのが嫌になる接客だった、今回は運がなかった😅

スマホの端末購入で来店しました。在庫がなかったので取り寄せてもらい、1週間ほどで受け取ることができました。端末のみの購入のためか、近くのヤマダ電機では在庫隠しを疑うような対応を受けましたが、こちらでは通常の対応をしていただきました。
家電を購入する時も、値引き前提で対応してくれます。価格コムで調べた内容で、どこまでは値引きできるか教えてくれるので、値引き交渉もしやすいと感じました。

蔦やとロピアに隣接してる電機やさん。
店内は広々と見やすい。平日だからか、店員さんはそんなにいないようでしたが、ちょっと商品について聞きたくてキョロキョロしていたらどこからか来て丁寧に説明してくれました。
必要なときだけ接客して、ぐいぐい来ないところが好きです。
あと、安心メンバーズカードは、カードを家に忘れても携帯番号で確認して値引き適応にしてくれるのも親切だと思いました。

店舗が広く品数が豊富。現金値引きは、ポイントより面倒でなく良いです。
家電の設置の業者の方も親切で丁寧でした。
ただ、最近の買い物で、キャノンのプリンターの在庫が無く、土日が入るので納品に1週間かかると言われました。しかし他店に行ったら有り、そこで直ぐに購入出来ました。残念。

15年使用した洗濯機の音が大きくなり、そろそろ買い替え時期になったのでこちらに買い得品がないか見に来ました。来月家電が値上がりすると情報があったので！売場でじっくり商品を見て気に入った物があったので近くに居た店員さんに声をかけ値段や納期など色々質問したら親切丁寧に答えてくれた！その方は販売主任で、もう少し安くしてくれたら購入すると言ったら嫌な顔もせず私の希望価格にしてくれたので即購入しました。凄く良い買物が出来ました！星マイナス1は会計時別スタッフがレジに入力する時、名前、住所が一部間違い、抜けが有り印字したレシートは訂正出来ないとの事！重要な所は確認したほうが良いと思う。ただ機械のデータ的には修正してあるとの事。ココだけ少し残念だったかな？でも商品購入のキッカケは洗濯機売り場の販売主任の人柄かな！とても良い買物が出来ました❗️
