お部屋は便利で設備も快適で、小さな露天風呂もついています。採光が良く羊蹄山が絶景です。北東側は大きな駐車場なので、うちは気になりませんでしたが、気になる方もいるかもしれません。ひらふのメインエリアまで歩いて15分ほど。他のスキーエリアには毎回車を手配しました。
ペントハウスに家族旅行で10人強で泊まりました。ニセコ全体の問題かと思いますがどこに移動するにも移動の手配で時間がかかりました。フロントの人に頼んでも時間がかかるので、自分で空港までのバスを手配しました。数人レベルの滞在だったら問題がないと思います。この人数を受け入れるにはフロントの方は慣れていないのかなという印象です。このサイズの部屋を用意してあるなら相応のサービスをしてほしかったところです。

Newish hotel - we had a studio king room booked. Comfortable and clean room. Beautiful mountain view. Really loved the onsite onsen, one indoor and one outdoor. It wasn’t busy at all, so we had the place to ourselves (me in the female side, my partner in the male, both outdoors we chatted through the wall 🤣) The driver service is great, especially when you are exhausted from a bit day on the hill. It’s not that far from town but our legs felt its so it was a luxury service we took advantage of. They were super awesome and held our things while we boarded another day. They let us use the onsen before taking us to catch our bus. 100% service and quality here. The staff are super kind, helpful, accommodating and friendly. They care about your stay! We didn’t eat at the restaurant so we cannot comment. Only negative was the “housekeeping service” that was only a towel replacement and garbage removal. I work in hospitality and can completely understand not a full clean or linen replacement for short stays, but the making the bed just ads a small touch to a warm welcome home that would have let us know they were actually in our room. Would stay here again for sure! Thanks Intuition.

Honza, Simon, Dorothy, Miles, Dan, Jason, Charlotte and the rest of the huge team were excellent. Very warm and welcoming, exceptional service.

I didn’t realise when booking, however the shuttle service is incredibly handy. Location is perfect.

Facilities are beautiful. Highly recommend going slightly off peak season. Also, it’s worth booking restaurants a few days in advance as they fill up easily.

Over all, can’t recommend more,

Hotel rooms were incredible! Spacious and had every amenity we could need. Onsen was lovely and breakfast delicious. Best part about our stay was by far the staff. Thank you to Tilly, Tally, Charlotte, Minato, Simon, Jason, and Honza for all the recommendations around the area and your help during our stay. Thank you to Miles and Harley for all of the rides and helping with our luggage and equipment. Our stay was superb because of all of you.

The staff here is INCREDIBLE. They are the sweetest and so helpful. The great staff truly made our stay memorable. The hotel is very clean, super close to a ski lift, and the onsen was great. I would 100% come back and stay again, some of the best service. The heated snowboard lockers were also a plus. We are so happy we chose to stay here!

Absolutely awesome hotel in the heart of Niseko. Rooms are huge, staff is amazing, ski slopes is a 2 min walk.

Special shoutout to the staff, truly amazing and made our trip. Jason was the best.

And Minato, Noah, Lautaro, Dorothy, Charlotte, and Kate made it even better.
