電話対応してくださった女性の方が私と色々、一緒に悩んでくれたり感謝しかないです。
車検の日に行って、また、びっくりしました。社員の方皆さん感じの良い方しかいなかったです。

去年車を購入しました。担当の田中様にはいつも親切に対応頂き助かっております。

私自身が接客業をしているのもありますが、対応面を見て思うのは固くなり過ぎないお客様を労う対応のバランスというのは個人的にも参考になりプロだと思うところです。

車検で寡黙な職人も多いと思われる整備をしている方と少しお話しましたが、受け答えがしっかりしておりそこにもプロらしさが見受けられました。

値段は他がわからないので、なんとも言えませんが、私は安くても対応の悪いところには行きたくないと思うタイプなので、そういうお客さんにはオススメなのではないかと思います。

スタッドレスタイヤに履き替えに行きました
入店時に三人のスタッフがいて「いらっしゃいませ」と元気に挨拶が有ったがその後は何も反応がないまま時間が過ぎて行きました
他にお客もいなくて予約時間の少しまえだからと思い予約時間迄ここで待てば良いのか
尋ねると車のキーはお持ちですか？と受付の若い女性が不機嫌そうに聞いて来ましたのでキーを渡すと奥から男性が出て来てやっと対応が始まりました客商売では有り得ない

電話で聞きたいことがあったので、問い合わせたら「うんとね、うんとね」とか「あのね」など、タメ口で対応されてびっくりしました。ちゃんとした会社なのか、頭の中が不信感でいっぱいになりました。まともな社会人としての話し方もできない社員がいるのかと不安になりました。
