Basic accomodation a 10 minute walk from kitanomine gondola. Double rooms are very small and not much room to hang clothes. We felt it was overpriced.

Nice place to stay especially for big family. We have 6 adults and 1 kid for this trip and it accommodate all of us well.

There's vending machine for hot coffee and bottled drinks at the corridor.

Noise from upper level when someone walks is challenging when trying to sleep. Poor instructions for use of facilities. Not worth the price.
