2021年から4年ほどお世話になっております。
日頃の会計処理や確定申告にて丁寧にご対応いただき、大変助かっております。

一方でこの4年間で3度担当者が変わるなど、入れ替わりは多いように感じております。
個人的には満足しているものの、担当者ごとの知識や応対品質に差はあるかと思いますので、その点は運任せになるかもしれません。

税務だけではなく労務周りまで行って頂けて助かっております。

他の方にお伝えしたいメリットとしては、少なくても7年前の創業当時には珍しくslackでのやり取り対応をしていただける点です。（chatworkであれば対応というところはいくつかあったのですがslack対応してくれるのはここしか見つからなかった）

過去他の会計事務所との付き合いはそこまでないのですが、基本的な対応の質も高いと感じています。

デメリットとしては担当者が一定期間で代わり、正直その当たり外れはあるかなと思いました。
