0120−020−999記載のあるレッカー、車両ナンバー358の運転手の50代くらいの男性ですが、職人気質なのか、こちらのお願いを即却下、話も聞かずに態度が横柄で、敬語も使えない方でした。
会社の恥さらしだなと思いました。
思い出すだけで、怒りが💢こみあげてきます。
ロードサービスに電話する時は、この会社以外の会社をリクエストしましょう！

If you see this tow company come to your vehicle RUN AWAY! They will damage your car and then deny responsibility and claim they didn’t do it. When you show photographic proof they will then change it to another “issue”. They are dishonest and bring shame to the towing industry. They should not be allowed to tow cars until they take a class on how to be responsible and honorable.

Came back from a mini staycation and my car wouldn’t start. Tried to jump it myself but was having no luck. Called roadside assistance and they connected me with this amazing stop. The guy called me when there was a traffic accident on his way out (not his). Also stayed in constant contact as he was going to be late due to traffic/accident. Once he arrived he got to work and tested my battery for serviceability; said it need to be replaced. Explained if I turn it off I’ll need another jump so make sure to get it serviced.
