社内社外の報連相が出来てないのかな？
たらい回しされ挙句最初の担当者に戻り
その担当者は数分前に話ししてた顧客の名前すら覚えていないような人でした。
担当の当たり外れがあるかもしれませんが最低限の対応できる人材を育成してから、回して欲しいものです。

自宅にしょっちゅう勧誘のスタッフが来るので迷惑しています。ポストにチラシを入れないように電話してもその時はわかったと返答しますが後日何もなかったかのようにチラシが入ってます。
更にこの間勧誘に来たスタッフに関しては断った途端鬼の形相でこちらを睨みつけられかなり不愉快な気分になりました。
こんな名前も聞いたことない怪しい会社と契約する人なんていないでしょう

サービスや電話対応は良いが、パッケージ商品として同業他社と比較すると月額料金がやや高くつく。ただ、高いといっても適正価格であり内容は良いため、ケーブルテレビの番組に興味があるなら大いにあり。見たい番組がないのであればコミュファやフレッツなどの光回線で良い。不定期で夏祭りやショーなどの子供向けのイベントを開催しており親子連れで楽しめる。こういったときのイベント集客を見越してなのか、なぜか駐車場がかなり広い。

引っ越しで解約したんですが、テレビ・電話・ネットの解約料としてそれぞれ3,240円合わせて9,720円と引き込み線撤去工事で4,320円、合計19,440円も請求されました。
契約時、この解約手数料の金額はうたわれていませんでした。
こんなに解約でお金を取られるならテレビもネットも電話もそのままでよかったのに。
営業マンも最悪だし、企業自体も最悪です。
